NY Giants QBs Praised For Unique Leadership Approach

Upon entering the 2025 NFL season as a quarterrier starting from the New York giants, Russell Wilson will be considered the team leader of the team.
However, the giants’ decision to bring in several experienced veterans to reach the QB room gives the team a unique dynamic. It is the one that the giants as a bearer of Ballon Tyrone Tracy quickly grew up to appreciate.
Jameis Winston, a well -known and frank player in the NFL, also plays his role as vocal leader for New York, according to the veteran Rusher.

“Jameis and Russ, they both have a very good dynamic where they both respect each other,” said Tracy on ‘Hello football‘. “They both allow themselves to direct in their own way … If Jameis means something, Russ will not come and say that it is like that. He will let Jameis speak and direct his own way.”
Winston could be about to play in New York, but he has the credibility of being a successful quarter in the League. When he entered the NFL draft in 2015, Winston was the No. 1 choice in total of Florida State. He played in more than 100 games and started in nearly 90 of them. Winson is a unique professional bowling player and a leader in the Pass in 2019.
Even if Winston does not have the opportunity to throw his helmet and play for the giants in 2025, Tracy and the rest of the team will benefit from the advantages of having it.
“You need more than one leader,” added the ball carrier. “You need more than one person who is expressed.”

The quarter of the giants will be under a microscope all season, because the state of the position is delicate. Wilson is beyond his peak, but he seems to have still enough gas in the tank to direct the giants as they seek to go from one of the worst NFC teams to potentially face a place in the playoffs. Therefore, Wilson will start the year as a starter.
The role of Winston in New Orleans allowed him to see the field that 21 times in four seasons. Only 10 of these games started. After a race with Tampa Bay Buccaneers to start his career in the NFL, Winston realized that he could be used as a backup in the predictable future.

With the Cleveland Browns, the injuries put Winston on the field in 12 games. He even started seven games last year, launching nearly 300 passes. He might not fight for a starting position, but Winston can certainly play.
Then there is the first round recruit, Jaxson Dart. After being selected in Ole Miss this year, the Giants hope that Dart will be able to learn a lot from Wilson and Winston. So far, it seems that the QB room is in a strong place at the start of the offseason.
