Orland Park police investigate the death of a pedestrian offense that has apparently left his car on the Grange Road following an accident, investigators said.

The Coroner’s office of the County of Will identified the man as Issa A. Arabi, 22, of Oak Lawn, who was declared dead early Saturday in the 18000 block of the Grange Road. The office said Arabi had been hit by several vehicles.

Tinley Park and Fire police helped and closed the Grange road between 80 and 183rd rue Interstate on Friday evening.

Orland Park police said they responded after receiving reports at 11:40 p.m. Friday and had found the man on the road.

Detectives examine surveillance images and seek witnesses to the collision, said the Orland Park police.

“This is a tragic event, and we do everything possible to identify and understand the individual responsible for this foolish law,” said police chief Eric Rossi in a press release.

Police ask anyone’s information to contact the Orland Park police at 708-349-4111.
