Off duty NYPD cop pepper sprayed in Brooklyn during argument over shoveling snow

An off-duty NYPD police officer was shoved and pepper-sprayed following an argument over shoveling snow in Brooklyn on Monday, a law enforcement source told the Daily News.
The victim, a 25-year-old woman, was pushed to the ground and pepper-sprayed in the face following an argument with two unidentified suspects on Christopher Avenue near Newport Street in Brownsville around 2:49 p.m., police said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition, police said.
A police source indicated that the victim was an off-duty police officer. It’s unclear whether she identified herself as a cop during the argument.
There were no arrests.
