Officials Release Identity of Man Who Opened Fire at Texas Border Patrol Facility – RedState
The authorities released the identity Monday of the man who opened fire in an American installation of border patrol in McAllen, Texas, in what seemed to be an ambush attack against the agents of the border patrol.
The shooter was identified as Ryan Louis Mosqueda, 27, who declared that officials sparked dozens of rounds, injured a police officer and send another officer and a border patrol agent to the hospital before being killed by the authorities, reported the Associated Press.
The AP report noted:
Mosqueda would have stopped at the establishment in a two -door sedan. Rodriguez said that something had been written on the car, perhaps in Latin, but “what it means, or whether or not it is an underlying reason for it to be here, I don’t know.”
Mosqueda was linked to an address in Michigan, but was missing in the address of Weslaco, Texas, around 4 am on Monday. Weslaco is around 20 miles (32 kilometers) from the border patrol establishment.
“An hour and a few minutes later, he was at this special place opening fire on the federal building and our federal agents,” said Rodriguez.

The Ministry of Internal Security has provided Fox News update on the shooting.
“This morning, an individual opened at the entrance to the annex to the United States border patrol sector in McAllen, Texas. The two agents of the border patrol and the local police helped neutralize the shooter. This is an in-course investigation led by the FBI. More information will be shared because they will become available.”
DHS then published an update on X on those who were slaughtered in the attack.
“This morning, an individual opened fire at the entrance to the annex to the United States border patrol sector in McAllen, Texas. The two border patrol agents and the local police helped neutralize the shooter,” said the post.
“Two officers and an employee of the border patrol were injured, one of which was knee. The three of them went to the hospital,” he added. “This is an underway investigation carried out by the @FBI.”
The attack comes on a disturbing Axios report that basic democrats want more aggressive actions on President Donald Trump and his administration with regard to the issue of illegal immigration, Rusty Weiss de Redstate reported.

Axios published an astonishing report on Monday citing many democratic members of the Congress who say that their voters want to see representatives literally willing to take a bullet to “protect our democracy”.
Several legislators have chosen to keep their identity protected to offer frank assessments on what they see from their base in various town halls and speaking events. It is more than likely that they did it because a part of this base is clearly disadvantaged.
“Some of them have suggested … What we really have to do is be willing to be shot”, when visiting the ICE facilities, said a Democrat in the Chamber in Axios.
They added: “Our own base tells us that what we are doing is not good enough … [that] There must be blood to attract the attention of the press and the public. “”
This madness around the ice must be called by the Democrats and the media inherited now before more people die, as Brandon Morse de Redstate wrote. And he is right.
