Republicans prepare counteroffer to Democrats' proposals limiting immigration enforcement action

Republicans are preparing a counteroffer to Democrats’ 10-point list of immigration enforcement demands, as well as another stopgap Department of Homeland Security spending bill to provide more time for the bipartisan negotiations.
