On Epstein, Even MAGA World Can Smell That Trump Is Hiding Something
Acosta has been a hot topic since Commer announced its assignment targets and the name of Acosta did not appear on this list. So where is it right now? Good question. Nowhere has he surface that I saw. Interestingly, however, he did one thing to note this year: he joined the Board of Directors of Newsmax (and chairs the audit committee of the propaganda network).
Justin Baragona of The independent Flaged on July 22 that this created an embarrassing situation for the network because one of his hosts, Greg Kelly, continues to talk about the great Acosta without revealing that he is on the board.
Beyond that, we could ask ourselves why, all the people that Newsmax could have chosen for his board of directors, he landed on Acosta. It was in March, although his appointment was officially announced before June. Then, in July, Newsmax announced an agreement with – the fact – the Trump Media and Technology Group is a partner of a new global streaming platform called Truth +. In other words, a network that covers the president is now in business with the president. And the only person in the world who knows more about Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes than anyone who is on the board of directors of the network, and could therefore claim prejudicial, if he is in a hurry, that he is “ethically” forbidden to make public statements which would harm the position of Newsmax. Practical, huh?
