Pete Davidson, Callum Turner film new movie in NYC
Pete Davidson surprised residents of Orchard Street by brawling with a pack of vagrants, but passersby quickly realized there were cameras moving.
Davidson and his friend Callum Turner were filming a scene for their new film, “One Night Only”. The “SNL” veteran makes an appearance in the romantic comedy, playing an undercover cop who helps Turner’s character break up the fight.
Turner then moved north, where his the film crew took over several storesincluding a Ray’s Pizza on Columbus Ave. and 82nd St., renamed Claremont Pizza for the film. Turner’s character owns the pizzeria.
The handsome English actor, who in real life is engaged to singer Dua Lipaset local hearts aflutter as he was filmed delivering pizzas and buying flowers for his on-screen love at nearby Q Florist.
The premise of “One Night Only” set in a dystopian future, is that premarital sex is only legal one night a year, something idols Davidson and Turner would never survive.
The film, starring Oscar nominee Monica Barbaro and directed by “Anyone but You” director Will Gluck, is scheduled to hit theaters next August.
