The federal government is open again after a partial shutdown, but the Department of Homeland Security is only funded for 10 more days as lawmakers debate the future of the Trump administration’s ICE raids. Meanwhile, Bill and Hillary Clinton both agreed to answer questions from the House Oversight Committee regarding the investigation into recently convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and requested that their hearing be public.
