Pasta-Like Product Recall Sparks Nationwide Warning to Customers

GOODER FOODS, INC recalls pasta products due to the fears that they can contain milk and cashew nuts which are not noted on the labels.
Why it matters
Many reminders have been launched this year due to the potential for damaged products, diseases of food origin, contamination and unsuccessful food allergens.
Millions of Americans experience food sensitivities or allergies. According to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the nine “major” food allergens in the United States are eggs, milk, fish, wheat, soy, crustacean crustaceans, sesame, trees and peanuts.
People who have serious sensitivities or who are allergic to cashews or milk who consume these products run the risk of undergoing “a serious or fatal allergic reaction,” said the alert.
Poor labeling of allergens can be a public health concern because prepared and frozen foods are widely used by American consumers.
What to know
According to the alert, five lots of vegans believe – the white cheddar based on plants with spirals and three lots of lanes come from truffles – cheddar flavored with creamy truffle and the shells are affected by the recall.
The alert warns that the vegan believes – the white cheddar based on plants with spirals can contain milk while here is the truffle – the creamy cheddar with truffles and the shells can contain cashew nuts.
These products were produced from April 7 to 15, 2025 and distributed nationally to distributors and wholesale and online operators from April 29 to August 5, 2025.
The alert has a graph of the products affected with corresponding lot code numbers, the best dates, the UPC numbers and the packaging sizes. The alert also has photos of products for customers to reference.

“The FDA provides public access to information on reminders by publishing a list of reminders according to their classification in the FDA application report, including the specific measures taken by the Recall Company.
