The ecological reserve of the Santa Rosa plateau, California (AP) – Ecologists along the American -Mexican border are working to restore the almost disappeared red leg frog in its historic habitat in southern California. Despite COVVI-19 restrictions, scientists took a small population frog eggs in Mexico and introduced them into American ponds, where biologists used artificial intelligence to confirm that eggs had hatched and that the frogs continued to reproduce, marking an important step in the restoration of the ecosystem.
