Brown University Shooting Suspect Dead of Self-Inflicted Gunshot Wound

Thursday evening, FOX News reported that the suspect in the Brown University shooting was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Breitbart News noted that the “person of interest” police were pursuing was identified earlier in the day. Additionally, law enforcement was considering a possible connection between Saturday’s shooting at Brown University and Monday’s killing of MIT professor Nuno Loureiro.
MIT professor Loureiro was shot several times at his home Monday evening and was rushed to hospital, where he died.
Later in the day, searches focused on a storage facility in Salem, New Hampshire, where the New York Post reported that “a suspicious vehicle was found.”
Television screens were flooded with scenes of law enforcement searching the warehouse, and then news broke that the suspect had been shot dead. He was reportedly found inside the depot.
News of the shooting suspect’s death came a day after the New York Times reported that law enforcement took DNA and fingerprints from a shell casing.
