POTUS’s Fire Is Fueling America’s New Economic Boom – RedState

Vice President JD Vance delivered a speech in Rocky Mount, North Carolina on Friday. In his usual style, he presented some facts and figures about the economy and how it has evolved in just over a year.
Watch:
👏 @VP said @POTUS is the most IMPATIENT man he knows, and that’s why he’s working so hard and so quickly to DELIVER the American people.

Vice President Vance said:
That was one of the many lessons North Carolina State taught me. But what we’re trying to do is talk about the difference between a 21% interest rate that the used car dealer offered me and the 8% interest rate that I was offered at a credit union, and that’s about the difference between Joe Biden’s economic plan and Donald Trump’s economic plan for the United States of America. Because (applause) in a very short period of time, we’ve seen new home purchases reach their highest level in five years, since the last time Donald Trump was president. We have seen the cost of rent decline for six months in a row.
We found that the average tax refund North Carolinians will receive is about $3,700 per family, and we see that interest rates are the lowest they have been since Donald J. Trump was last president. My friends, the president is impatient. In fact, he’s the most impatient person I’ve ever met. He constantly hits the gas. He wants us to do more. But I am proud here to say that after the first year of Donald Trump’s presidency and the leadership of Congressional Republicans, we are rebuilding the American dream. And we are taking back this country for the people of this state.
This is the message that must be hammered home, at every opportunity, between now and November.

Did I mention that the midterm elections are in November? This message, right here, is what must be communicated to the public from now until then, every day and twice on Sunday. As someone once said, “It’s the economy, stupid,” and that’s a very good observation. Remember, most people don’t become interested in politics until after Labor Day; If you’re reading these words here at RedState, you’re probably already much more interested in politics than the majority of the population.
Messaging is important. What the Trump administration needs to do, between now and November, is get that message out — not just to the adoring crowds who already agree with him, but across the country.
But it’s not just about messaging. This is the state of people’s bank balances. This too must happen. It happens, but a country’s economy, especially one the size of the United States, doesn’t take off in no time.
And again, it’s also a question of participation. We must all vote, next November, every November, as if the survival of the republic depended on it, because it does.
Editor’s note: Thanks to President Trump’s leadership and bold policies, the U.S. economy is back on track.
