President Trump says the US will not attack Venezuela again due to ‘cooperation’

President Donald Trump announced in a Truth Social article Friday morning that he had “canceled the second wave of attacks” against Venezuela, in light of the nation’s “cooperation.”

“Venezuela releases large number of political prisoners in ‘search for peace’ This is a very important and smart move. The United States and Venezuela are working well together, especially when it comes to rebuilding their oil and gas infrastructure in a much bigger, better, more modern form. Through this cooperation, I have canceled the previously expected second wave of attacks, which does not appear to be necessary, but all ships will remain in place for safety and security reasons,” Trump said in his message.

“At least $100 billion will be invested by BIG OIL, all of whom I will meet with today at the White House. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” he added.
