REPORT: FBI Proves Trump’s DEI Purge Is Effective

At least 18 of the FBI Field Office leaders were withdrawn from the second Trump Administration, according to current officials and former cities by MSNBC – with almost half of those ousted being women, minorities or both.
The latest departure implies an American Pakistani woman who directed the Salt Lake City field office, three FBI officials said at the point of sale. Additional senior officials have also been abolished or advanced to early retirement. Last year, 21% of the 56 FBI fields were led by women, compared to 7% in 2002, the point of sale reported. “The suggestion that Kash Patel – the first Indian -American first to be confirmed as director of the FBI – is in a way targeting the minorities of the office is one of the most absurd claims that I have ever heard,” said FBI spokesperson, Ben Williamson, MSNBC.

Williamson also said that agency staff decisions were based solely on “merit and performance at work” and refused to discuss individual cases.
The FBI also reintegrated a requirement for physical condition to drop decades ago – obliging that trainees complete at least one strict traction, took the catch.
Six special agents in charge (bags) and an intelligence chief of the Field Office were kidnapped after Trump took office, the current MSNBC and former FBI officials told MSNBC. Among them, two white women, two black women, a black man, an Asian American man and a white man. A Washington Field Office Manager was also invited to leave.
Departures follow the executive decree of President Donald Trump, who prohibits federal workforce from taking considerations related to DEI in hiring or evaluations.
“Federal employment practices, including federal employee performance examinations, reward the individual initiative, skills, performance and hard work,” said the order, “and in no way depends on factors, objectives, policies, mandates or Dei or Deia requirements.” (Related: the plurality of voters supports the elimination of Dei programs in the midst of Trump’s repression)
The Ministry of Education has also evolved to dismantle Dei programs, abandon internal guidelines and training documents that refer to Dei and dissolor its diversity and inclusion council.
Many of the initiatives arise from the executive decree of former President Joe Biden “progressing racial equity and supporting communities un served by the federal government”.
