So far, Los Angeles Lakers have made some solid movements in the NBA free agency. Deandre Ayton and Jake Laravia both joined the team and the two will have a chance to become key songs from the rotation.

Although the two movements are quality additions, the Lakers could still use more.

Rob Pelinka has a great task in front of him. Building the team in a competitor for the 2025-26 season may not be the main objective. The main objective could be to constitute the best team of Luka Doncic for the next two or three years.

LeBron James is still in town, but there have been many rumors on the two parts that separate. At the very least, he is in the last year of his contract and is likely to leave or retire after the coming season.

That said, Los Angeles was now linked to another major decision during the free period of the NBA.

According to Evan Sidery de Forbes, Lakers are one of the five teams that should show their interest in Bradley Beal once his acquisition with the Phoenix Suns has passed. The acquisition should largely occur in the near future.

Apart from Los Angeles, Sidery lists the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets as possible landing points for Beal.

Beal would be a very intriguing target for Lakers. It would bring more score to the table. Although he may not be the player he was in the past, he is always able to have an impact.

During the 2024-25 NBA season with the Suns, Beal played in 53 games and made 38 departures. He collected an average of 17 points per match on average to accompany 3.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 interceptions, while pulling 49.7% of the soil and cutting 38.6% of his three -point attempts.

At 32, Beal could be a multi -year addition for Los Angeles. It may well be a support part alongside Doncic which lasts beyond James’ mandate with the team.

Expect that the Lakers remain active in the coming days. Pelinka has made some strong additions, but there is still work. Beal would be a very intriguing target and the type of player that Los Angeles could make a strong push to sign.
