How cold will it be in Nashville for Thanksgiving? Temps to nosedive this holiday

The days leading up to Thanksgiving will likely be wet and rainy in Middle Tennessee.
According to the National Weather Service, showers will begin to spread across the region during the evening of November 24 and early November 25.
Additionally, there is a marginal risk of severe storms early Nov. 25 in areas south of Interstate 40, although the greatest potential for damaging winds is expected to remain south of Middle Tennessee, the weather service said during its morning discussion.

What will the weather be like in Nashville for Thanksgiving? How cold it will be
Current forecasts do not indicate rain in Nashville on November 27. According to the weather service, temperatures will “fall just in time for Thanksgiving.”
Low temperatures on the morning of November 27 will likely fall into the 20s and 30s, and into the 20s across Middle Tennessee on the morning of November 28 before conditions begin to warm up.
The region can expect a return of rain over the weekend, which will continue over the coming week, the weather service added.

Will it snow in Nashville for Thanksgiving?
While some winter precipitation, such as the snowflakes seen on Veterans Day, remains possible as the region moves into months where winter weather typically occurs, it is far too early to start “talking about a potential snowstorm,” National Weather Service meteorologist Ryan Husted previously told The Tennessean.
“Expect cooler weather shortly after Thanksgiving. We are not forecasting snow at this time,” he said. “Dress appropriately for travel and gatherings, and keep an eye on the weather forecast.”

November 24: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 69 and a 20% chance of showers after 5 p.m. Then a low around 57 overnight and a 90% chance of showers with thunderstorms possible after 3 a.m.
November 25: A high near 72 with an 80% chance of showers and possibly a thunderstorm before noon and continuing until 4 p.m. Then mostly cloudy, with a low around 46 at night and a 40% chance of showers, mainly between 7 p.m. and midnight.
November 26: Sunny, with a high near 55 then partly cloudy, with a low around 31 at night.
November 27: Sunny, with a high near 48 then mostly clear, with a low around 26 at night.
November 28: Sunny, with a high near 47 then mostly cloudy, with a low around 31 at night.
November 29: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 52 and 20% chance of showers. Then cloudy, with a low around 42 at night and a 50% chance of showers.
November 30: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58 and 60% chance of showers.
