RFK Jr. Gets Terrible News in Court on Plan to Upend Health Department

In a week dominated by the Trump budget bill, Democrats can gain some comfort in a legal victory on the health secretary, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Doge.
Tuesday, American district judge Melissa Dubose of Rhode Island published a injunction This prevents RFK Jr. from moving on to eliminate crucial agencies and draw 10,000 employees from the Ministry of Health and Social Services.
