Rod Stewart never ceases to surprise fans with his strange choices.

A concert lover described it as “new low” for the use of AI. A user on X pointed out that Stewart’s use of a video generated by AI is a bit strange because he was friends with Osbourne and played with him – he could simply have used these images instead.

Now I know what you might think: “At one point, you must assume responsibility for your own actions.” This is something that my mother could tell me if I came back from a Stewart concert complaining of having done something weird.

Stewart is a man with strange sockets. For example, he refused a concert of several million dollars in Saudi Arabia in 2023 due to the treatment by the country of women and LGBTQ + people, but, in 2025, was expressed publicly for the far-right politician Nigel Farage, who has controversial anti-LBGTQ + and anti-officers. Stewart is a man with many contradictions. So, when he said in 2023 that AI could be the “destruction of humanity as we know it”, we should have calculated that it could use AI for a bizarre tribute in 2025.
