Rubio's Call for European Renewal Falls on Deaf Ears

In his speech at the Munich Security Conference on February 14, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that after the end of the Cold War, the West embarked on a "dangerous illusion," thus weakening its economic, cultural and political foundations.
