On November 7, the pop stars were spotted in New York, both dressed for a night out on the town with fall touches. Unfazed by their stunning height differences, Swift donned a pair of burgundy Gucci platform loafers with a preppy Thome Brown polo sweater and an asymmetrical pleated skirt, topping it all off with an angled crossbody bag from The Row (which you can and should read more about here).
For her part, Carpenter chose to dress a chunky white cable-knit turtleneck with a black miniskirt and sheer stockings, elongating her legs even further by adding a trench coat. It’s a perfect styling tip for short girls, as the mid-length coat highlights the ultra-short hem of the skirt, drawing even more attention to the legs.
