Samsung is offering a $150 discount on the Galaxy Chromebook Plus, a solid mid-range Chromebook with a huge 15.6-inch OLED display. It’s a neat deal at $600, particularly for students, professionals, or anyone who appreciates a beautiful screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus has two main selling points—an Intel Core 3 Series 1 processor, which is excellent for multitasking, and a gorgeous 15.6-inch OLED display. It’s hard to understate the importance of these two features. A good CPU accommodates heavy workloads and ensures years-long usability, while the huge OLED screen enhances video quality and may reduce eyestrain during long work sessions.
There are a lot of neat quality-of-life features here, too, such as a backlit keyboard and Samsung app integrations (which may be valuable if you own a Samsung phone or tablet).
