A massive Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) power outage left about a third of the city of San Francisco without power during its peak Sunday, according to CBS News. PG&E officials said more than 130,000 customers lost power Saturday, following a fire in San Francisco’s Mission District. But city officials are wondering how the outage got out of control.
