Schiff’s Mortgage Fraud Denial Backfires As He’s Slapped Down by Documentation Showing Otherwise – RedState
Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) has tried to portray an ongoing investigation into mortgage fraud against him as proof of an armed government, but was immediately refuted by a “act of confidence” document clearly showing his main residence listed in the state of Maryland, a key factor in the allegations that are launched in his direction.
Schiff, in an appearance on “Meet the Press” by NBC with the host Kristen Welker last weekend, described the accusations suspended around his neck like an albatros like “obviously false”.
“They are obviously false. And the president knows it. And the person of the president of the housing agency [FHFA Director William] Pulte knows it, “insists Schiff. “He mainly does the president’s auction against me, against Letitia James, against this person in the federal reserve.”
“The mortgage is their new weapon to continue their detractors,” he added. “But I was very open to my residence in California and Maryland with my voters and with lenders. So there is not” there. “”

Schiff’s refusals did not go well with Christine Bishu, an activist and candidate for the Congress based in Sacramento who, as Redstate, has covered for years, has broken history and worked on the allegations of mortgage fraud against the California junior senator for years.
“They are absolutely real,” said Bishop on X, referring to the allegations of mortgage fraud. “More than 300 pages of documents, including notarial property files and tax forms. I will put my facts against Schiff’s lies every day.”
Bishop displayed a “trust act” – a legal document used in certain states as an alternative to a mortgage to obtain a mortgage – deposited in 2011, showing the property of Maryland of Schiff listed as his “main residence”.

As Mike Miller de Redstate reported, Bishop presented several acts of trust showing that Schiff refined his Maryland house, moreover in 2009 and 2013, which also lists it as its main residence.
The problem is that Schiff would also have said that his main residence was in California, according to the 2009 and 2011 financing documents for his Burbank condominium.
In addition to that, Redstate Bonchie revealed a video “smoking Gun”, which shows the senator indicating unequivocally Never Has maintained a main residence other than the one he has in the Golden State, insisting that his Californian house “has always been and will always be” his “main residence”.

And there you have the investigation knot. Schiff is now under federal criminal investigation by the American prosecutor’s office in Maryland for alleged mortgage fraud.
Pulte, in a letter to the Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Deputy Prosecutor General Todd Blanche, concluded that Schiff was engaged in a sustained diagram of possible occupation distortion in “several cases” by having “banking documents and falsified goods to acquire more favorable loan conditions”.
President Trump raised questions about alleged mortgage fraud about Truth Social Weeks earlier, saying that he “still suspected the Shifty Adam Schiff was a crook”.

Trump increased the implementation shortly after, saying that the senator had to see a prison sentence for his actions reported.
“Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff is in great difficulty! He falsified loan documents,” wrote the president on his social media platform Truth. “From now on, Shifty should pay the prison price for a real crime, not a fact that the corrupt accusers!”
With reality in allegations, Schiff creates a legal defense fund because he faces potentially serious accusations.

Schiff, of course, has the presumption of innocence, and no charge has yet been deposited. The documentation discovered by Bishu, as well as video evidence of his own statements, could very well lead to important legal problems for him on the road.
