California Gov. Newsom signs legislation calling special election on redrawn congressional map

California voters will decide in November whether to approve a redesigned card of the Congress designed to help Democrats win five other seats in the American Chamber next year, after the Texas Republicans have advanced their own redesigned card to win their majority in the Chamber by the same number of seats at the request of President Donald Trump.
