The FDIs announced that the missile had been intercepted.

The sirens resounded in a dead sea and certain parts of the West Bank while a ballistic missile was drawn towards Israel from Yemen on Saturday evening.

The FDIs announced that the missile had been intercepted.

Houthis promised to continue shooting Israel

The Houthis claimed to have targeted the center of Israel with their hypersonic missile “Palestine 2” last week Tuesday evening, but there is no evidence that it was hypersonic. Hypersonic weapons generally refer to missiles that maneuver at hypersonic speeds on Mach 5. Although ballistic missiles can reach hypersonic speeds, they follow a known trajectory, rather than maneuvers.

The Al-Masirah media of the Houthis said: “In a press release, the [Houthi] Forces confirmed that the operation [Tuesday night] Precisely achieved its objective, causing a general panic among the Zionist settlers, with millions of people fleeing shelters and airport operations stopping. “”

The Houthis also published a statement which “stressed that these operations are part of the continuous support of Yemen to the Palestinian people and their rejection of the current genocide committed against them. He reaffirmed the determination of the Yemeni people to fulfill their national and religious duties towards the Palestinian cause”.

The Houthis said they would continue to support Hamas, continuing to use their “hypersonic and ballistic missiles” and that they will target Ben Gurion airport, as well as Eilet.

They also said they were proud of their wider regional confrontation “with Israel.

These “operations” included “the disruption of air traffic at LOD airport [Ben-Gurion] and prevent Israeli ships from navigating the Red Sea towards the port of Umm al-Rashrah [Eilat] in the south of Palestine. »»

The report also indicates that since the massacre of October 7, the Houthis have not only published solidarity statements, but have also taken direct measures.

“These actions have gone missile strikes targeting critical military facilities in occupied territories with high impact naval operations that have disrupted the Israeli expedition through the Red Sea,” he said.
