Six Flags Great Adventure ready to hire 3,000 workers for 2026

JACKSON — Six Flags Great Adventure will hire 3,000 part-time and seasonal employees to prepare for the park’s 2026 season, which begins March 28.

The park will host virtual and in-person hiring during Six Flags National Hiring Week, which runs Feb. 14-22. Jobs listed online include ride operators, food service associates, lifeguards, security guards and customer service representatives.

Auditions for entertainment positions will be held at 12 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Team Six office, 1 Six Flags Boulevard, Jackson, at the Employee Lobby. Entertainment applicants are encouraged to apply online before attending auditions.

“As we prepare to open the 2026 season, it’s an exciting time to join the Six Flags Great Adventure team,” Chief Human Resources Officer Brad McClain said in a statement.

“Through continued investments throughout the park, including new attractions, enhanced guest experiences and continued improvements throughout the property, we are capitalizing on last season’s momentum.”
