In case you missed it, the president demolished the East Wing of the White House to make way for his ballroom. Saturday evening live mocked President Donald Trump’s “renovation” with a funny and appropriate skit featuring host Miles Teller playing both HGTV shows. Property Brothers.

The show mocked Trump’s penchant for garish decorations — gold leaf is everywhere — as well as the president’s decision to radically remodel the White House during a government shutdown. It’s a good topic and one that the show visited often over the weekend.
