Trump seeks funding to clean up D.C. in latest effort to control city

The long -standing property developer claimed that he had solved the crime problems of the city. Now he is trying to transform Washington into a place reminiscent of his private golf clubs. It is not known to what extent the congress is likely to grant funds or if the city leaders will support the effort.
