Taylor Swift Paired Her Trendiest Fall Boots With a Very Un-Taylor Swift Jacket

Taylor Swift has always loved fall, so it’s no surprise that her best style moments usually fall between the months of September and November. The year 2025 is no exception.

On Oct. 30, the 35-year-old pop star proved she’s in on this fall’s biggest trends and knows exactly how to style her own pair of chocolate suede boots. While out in New York with her close friend and stylist Ashley Avignone, Swift opted for a monochrome brown look, pairing her Manolo Blahnik Lina knee-high boots with a cashmere turtleneck mini dress from Doên, her go-to California-based brand.

Although knee-high boots and refined knits are key elements of Swift’s style, she went a little off-script with her choice of outerwear. Instead of pulling out one of her favorite wool coats, Swift completed the look with an oversized brown bomber jacket by Polish designer Magda Butrym. You can see the look here.

All of these pieces share a timeless quality, while remaining in line with current trends that favor earthy browns and rich suedes across the board. Oversized bomber jackets, of course, have been a hot commodity over the past few fall-winter seasons, although Swift generally avoids bulky silhouettes outside of sporting arenas.

Discounting her $3,750 Louis Vuitton camera bag, this look is devoid of the designer logos Swift embraced last year, signaling a return to the more relatable, classic style the pop star was once known for. And while her specific outfit is far from affordable (except for her jewelry and designer bag, the three main pieces still cost $5,610), the look itself isn’t difficult to replicate for different budgets without sacrificing quality.

When it comes to Taylor Swift’s statement boots, they don’t look much like Dolce Vita’s Emmi Boots in Dark Brown Suede, which retail for $275, though. Charm has spotted many other versions of this popular style. Add a vintage leather bomber jacket or a faux leather version like this $160 option from Abercrombie & Fitch, and voila.
