The NFL preseason begins soon, with the Chiefs playing their first game on August 9. Which means Travis Kelce is locked in on training, and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, is along for the ride, supporting him every step of the way. She’s been there through the highs (winning the Super Bowl) and the lows (losing the Super Bowl), and as a superstar herself, she knows better than anyone that power couples don’t have days off.
Currently, Kelce is in Nashville, Tennessee, attending TEU, which stands for Tight End University, a training camp he started for his fellow NFL Tight Ends so they can practice…catching the ball, I assume? And network? And…do sprints? Unclear, but they have events during the day and, apparently, parties at night, because during the wee hours of Tuesday, June 24, Kelce and his bros were out at a bar when none other than Swift arrived, looking lovely in a green gingham two-piece set from the brand Hunter Bell. Taylor Swift must have felt right at home at the sports bar, Nashville being where she got her start during her country music days. It was definitely a jeans-and-a-tee kind of joint, but that’s not really Swift’s look these days. Sure, she may sing that the other girls wear short skirts while she wears T-shirts, but since Swift is dating the boy on the football team…I’m mixing and matching lyrics here, but you get the gist. She likes to be feminine and she’s rarely casual, knowing she will always be photographed. The crop top and skirt combo is a nice way to be casual and country while remaining put-together.
It’s also, probably, pretty breathable, and given how much of the country is in a heat wave right now, damn smart. I’m certainly not trying to be in non-stretchy denim or a cotton tee that’s gonna show immediate sweat marks.
