It lasts about 22 hours, depending on usage, according to PCMag testing (it can last up to 28 hours if you’re not using GPS). This means you’ll likely need to charge it during the day to use sleep tracking. However, the watch charges quite quickly, reaching maximum battery in 88 minutes.
