The chargers vary in size, tiny walls with tiny office bricks, in number of ports from one to ten, and in total outlet from 20W (not enough) to 500W (now you are talking!).
The office charger Uilleen Nexode 500W at 6 ports bats our previous tested champion, the NEXODE 300W also from Aureen.
The new 500W model can feed five macbooks at the same time and still have a power for your phone or airpods.
Office service
There are impressive USB-C wall chargers This branch directly on the power supply. The Anker 140W charger has four ports, including two 140W ports evaluated at PD 3.1, each is powerful enough to quickly load a 16 -inch MacBook Pro, but not at the same time that the maximum power is capped at 140 W (and indeed 134W when loading four devices).
UCREEN has a 160W wall charger at 4 ports with a wearing of 140W PD 3.1.
If you need much more power, you should look for a office charger which connects to the power supply via an old -fashioned socket and cable. Office chargers have more ports and can produce more power than wall chargers. They are ideal if you have a lot of devices requiring high power because they reduce the need for multiple individual chargers.

Power ports
- 1x USB-C (240W PD 3.1)
- 4x USB-C (100W PD 3.0)
- 1x USB-A (22.5W)
The Nexode 500W has six front load ports: five USB-C and a USB-A inheritance.
The first USB-C port (C1) can be released at a massive 240W, which is much more than all the devices powered by USB-C require. Laptops of games with maximum power accumulate their power with direct AC input rather than USB. We expect more electric bikes to take care via USB-C and 240 W of power could be the ideal point for these devices, but it is rare in the general public electronics based on the desktop.
The maximum for which you are likely to use it is the 140W necessary to quickly load the 16-inch MacBook Pro using the Apple Magsafe 3 cable or an USB-C 240W load cable for post-November 2023 models.
(Note that the Nexode 500W does not come with a USB-C cable, so check that the cables you have are assessed because you will need it. Most USB-C charging cables are maximum at 60W. Consult our overview of the best USB-C cables for recommendations.)
The high -speed C1 port is also good for loading low -cost devices, but its actual resistance is intended for laptops which require a power source PD 3.1 (up to 240W).
The other four USB-C (C2, C3 and C4) ports are assessed at a load potential of 100 W. The USB-A port can each production 20W.
The maximum output power is 500 W, but you cannot just connect five laptops and expect everyone to receive 100W at the same time. The chargers tend to have certain limits when switching to devices simultaneously.
Ucreen lists 58 load configurations in the user manual. If you only use three of the ports each one will give you their maximum, but once you add a fourth, fifth or sixth, the remaining ports are somewhat compromised with the ports otherwise 100W falling to 60W.
500W is certainly possible. For example, 240W + 100W + 100W + 60W. But Ucreen does not say that you can get 140W + 100W + 100W + 100W + 60W. Port C1 reserves this 240W for itself and will not share it if it does not use it. Indeed, this makes the maximum output power of 500W plus like 400W due to 100W of 240W realistically not used or released in other ports. Keeping the C1 at 140W and sharing the additional 100W would have offered more flexibility.
In our tests, the NEXODE 500W charged an iPhone 15 of 54%, an 11 -inch iPad Pro of 36% and a MacBook Air M3 of 50% in 30 minutes (this Thomas Bergbold test from MacWelt).
Four macbooks can draw power at 60W each, with another at 140 W. Even three 16 -inch macbooks operating simultaneously can be billed: one with quick characteristic at 140 W and the other at 100 W.

Who is for
Having so much power to go out to so many devices means that the Nexode 500W office charger will be most useful in a conference room or in a classroom with five laptops needing a single charger; Say at 240W + 60W + 60W + 60W + 60W.
60W is sufficient to keep most of the laptops loaded and used unless they really push it on hungry video editing applications.
The advantage of a super powerful desktop charger is that you no longer need so many power points or individual wall chargers. It will reduce the size of the office and put an end to a world of sliding cables slippery from the table to find a power outlet.
Design
The 500W nexode measures 5.75 x 4.5 x 2.4 inches (14.6 x 11.5 x 6.1 cm) and weighs a powerful 4.8 lb (2.2 kg).
This is compared to the former power champion, the office charger Ureen Nexode 300W, which has dimensions of 4.6 x 3.75 x 2.1 inches (11.6 x 9.5 x 5.3 cm), and weighs approximately half.
It is certainly solid and you could hold an open heavy door by using it as a door point, but it is beautiful in a slightly threatening way in Dark Gun-Metal aluminum. The well-rounded edges perhaps soften brutal looks.
You might expect a 500W charger becoming hot. We certainly know that much less than the chargers can heat fairly quickly. But the Nexode 500W remained quite cool even when we tested it with several devices.

It has no flashy lights or informative digital display, so if you want to know how much power goes where and when, you don’t learn much by looking at its forehead, although each of the five USB-C ports has its maximum power rating printed below.
If you want a desktop charger with a digital screen displaying the load status and speed, we recommend the Anker Prime charger which also has six ports but has a maximum power of 250 W.

Price and competition
The office charger Ureen Nexode 500W is at the price of $ 249.99 in the United States, £ 219.99 in the United Kingdom and € 249.99 in the EU, there are cheaper office chargers, but none with so much power in tap at the same time.
The closest competition to the Nexode 500W is the five ports Nexode 300W ($ 199.99 / £ 149.99) in terms of number of ports and massive power. The 500W model has the OOMH of an additional 200W plus a sixth port. The 300W model also has a 140W port but only two to 100W, the fourth USB-C port limited to 45W, although its USB-A port is a little more powerful at 22.5 W.
$ 149.99 Satechi 200W USB-C 6-Port PD Gan Charge is another option (Direct / Amazon). Although it has two USB-C 140W ports which have a maximum of 200W make this advantage devoid of meaning.
If you want a truly intelligent energy distribution, the best we have seen is the PS-10CC PS-10CC office charger with ten ports that uses current detection technology in real time based on software to provide a priority load that distributes power on all connected, priority devices in the order you choose from left to right. While devices reach the full load, the now larger available power is reassigned to the line. Although much smarter than the Nexode 500W, it is limited to only 100W of total simultaneous exit.
Should you buy the office charger Ureen Nexode 500W?
You will not find an office charger with this maximum maximum output power, and few others have so many ports. Although all ports do not work fully as much as possible when used simultaneously due to the 240W upper port currency, this well-designed well-constructed power supply is designed for team use and is easily capable of propeling five laptops and an iPad at the same time in a neat and cool package.
