During Meta Night Out of Vidcon 2025, we sat with Rupan to discover exactly what she uses to create content for her 508,000 Instagram subscribers, 127,100 Tiktok subscribers and 47,200 YouTube subscribers.

Ricona actually has two Sony FX30, which she installs in her kitchen on tripods.
“Because I film everything and modify everything by myself, and everything is food contained, I have to capture all the shots at the same time,” she told Mashable.

She uses two lights – a light 300 opening and a soft box – to make sure her food is as beautiful as she has a taste.

Ricona said she changed everything on her desktop – even content for a short video.
“Even when I change something short, I am always very desk,” she said, adding that even if she gets images of her meta-lunettes, which she uses occasionally, she will download this to her laptop for edition.
