The Nobel Prize in physics is to be announced Tuesday
Stockholm – Stockholm (AP) – The Nobel Prize in Physics will be announced on Tuesday, the second prize that will be revealed this year by the Royal Swedish Academy of Stockholm one day after a trio of scientists won the price for contributions to medicine.
Physical honor received 118 times at 226 winners of the Nobel Prize between 1901 and 2024.
Last year, the pioneers of artificial intelligence John Hopfield and Geoffrey Hinton won the prize for physics for helping to create the constituent elements of automatic learning.
Mary E. Brunkow, Fred Ramsdell and Dr Shimon Sakaguchi won the Nobel Prize in Medicine on Monday for discoveries on how the immune system knows how to attack germs and not our body.
Nobel ads continue with the chemistry prize on Wednesday and literature on Thursday. The Nobel Peace Prize will be announced on Friday and the Nobel Memorial in economics prize on October 13.
The award ceremony will take place on December 10, the anniversary of the death of Alfred Nobel in 1896, the rich Swedish industrialist and the inventor of Dynamite who founded the prices.
The prices relate to invaluable prestige and a cash scholarship of 11 million Swedish Kronor (nearly $ 1.2 million).
