Hearts Break As Dog Starts ‘Crying’ on Way Back To Shelter After Day Out

A woman who released a dog sheltered for one night, as part of a program to give a break to these animals in the chaotic environment, was the heart broken when she looked at the reaction of the canine on the return.
Many animal shelters allow volunteers to get out of dogs in excursions, such as a walk in the park, to spend time in a local cafe or even enjoy a pajama evening with the person. Dogs that go on excursion are five times more likely to be adopted, an article to adopt a reported pet.
These field trigger programs not only give these canines a break in the refuge environment, but they also give them greater exposure to potential adopters. Volunteers account for the dog’s behavior and take additional photos to highlight their profile. In addition, it gives people a dog solution if they do not have time or the means to adopt one of their own.
Janna, who is known as @ Jannahynds14 on Tiktok, volunteered with the Papago Park campus of Arizona Humane Society and recently released a canine named Coco for a dog evening. This 11-year-old German shepherd and Shar-Pei have been in and out of the refuge since 2023, according to an article on Facebook of Arizona Humane Society.
She took it for a fun day, with cups of puppies, run outside and catch up with a much necessary sleep. Coco could finally relax. But the field exit lasted only one night.

While Janna brought her back to the refuge, she noticed that Coco lost the smile she had during their adventure together. He looked at him that Coco was crying, which, in return, shattered Janna’s heart.

Janna has published a coconut video seeming to cry in a tiktok video of July 12, which amassed more than 78,100 views and 14,000 likes, pleading for someone to adopt Coco.
“He seems to have gone through a lot. Boosting for this little guy,” wrote a spectator.
Another added: “You deserve a loving house, sweet baby.”
A third user said: “Thank you for doing a date of day !! he returns to the decompressed and happy refuge. I hope someone will come to meet her and give her a house forever. You have done a good thing!”
While some thought that Coco looked “defeated”, Janna replied and believed that she was just tired of their day filled with adventure.
