TODAY’s Craig Melvin sat down with comedy legend David Letterman at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of Letterman’s Indy racing team. After leaving “The Late Show,” Letterman teamed up with businessman Mike Lanigan and former Indy driver Bobby Rahal, all three suffering from serious heart attacks, to co-own a racing team dedicated to raising awareness of the dangers of heart valve failure. Letterman gives an update on his health and praises today’s late-night comedy hosts.
