The Georgia Bulldogs picked up a commitment from four-star offensive tackle recruit Kelsey Adams, who is a member of the class of 2027. Adams’ commitment may have gotten lost in the mix for many Georgia fans because he committed on the same day as the Bulldogs’ loss to Alabama.

The 6-foot-5, 295-pound offensive lineman plays high school football for Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia. Adams is a junior in high school and also plays basketball. He attended North Clayton before transferring to Langston Hughes in 2025.

Adams is ranked as the No. 5 offensive tackle in the country. He is the nation’s No. 46 recruit, per 247Sports, and is the No. 6 prospect in Georgia.

Adams along with Westover High School offensive lineman Kyson Mallard both committed to Georgia on Sept. 27. The Bulldogs now have four commitments in the class of 2027 and the nation’s No. 7 ranked recruiting class in the country in the 2027 cycle.

Georgia still has a long way to go for members of the class of 2027, who aren’t even seniors in high school yet.
