Orel Hershiser puts bounty on his Topps one-of-one signed chrome card

Orel Hershiser was unique as a launcher, winning two game victories to lead the Dodgers to the World Series 1988 championship after finishing 23-8 during a regular season which included a record sequence of 59 rescant rounds.
Now in his 10th season as a color commentator and analyst for the Sportsnet La, Hershiser team benefits from a side stampede that runs a collector’s store in Claremont called the Grenier des Legends.
Long a collector of passionate cards, the launcher nicknamed the Bulldog by the former Dodgers manager, Tommy Lasorda, shows tenacity and persistence in search of a unique baseball card of himself. Hershiser signed the Chrome Topps card on March 12 during spring training, and he wants it for him.
What lengths will the bulldog go to get the card? He released what serious cards collectors call a bonus.
Hershiser even made a video pleading for the card.
“If you pull the unique Orel Hershiser card, I really want this card,” he said in the video. “I know that in this industry, there is a lot of trading and I have already seen that there have been bonuses there. Maybe I should create generosity. ”
Hershiser has no idea who has the card or how far from Los Angeles they are going through, but he has listed what he is ready to exchange: two airline tickets a stone’s throw away, a “luxurious” stay in the legends Broad-Doht, Hershiser and Joe Davis who operate, and a deputy for Shoing Jerese, and
Presumably, the offer also includes compulsory cookies with duplicate chocolate chips during recording.
You would think that a collector as wise as Hershiser would not open up negotiations by placing all his cards on the table, but, hey, he is the bulldog and only one card in return will do the trick.
“I want to shoot my card and I want you to find me and I want this immaculate card,” he almost demanded on the video. “I need it for my collection. Please!”
