Top DOJ Prosecutor Investigating Letitia James Quits—or Was He Fired? – RedState
The American lawyer for the Oriental District of Virginia, Erik Siebert, resigned Friday after his several months’ investigation into the potential potential fraud of the Prosecutor General of New York, the New York Attorney General, had not led to accusations.
Trump was clear about his dissatisfaction with Siebert, claiming on Friday in the oval office that he wanted to take him out, and that the support that the lawyer received from two “bad news” Democratic senators, Tim Kaine and Mark Warner by Virginia, proved that he was not reliable.

Seibert wrote that it was time for him to leave:
“This evening [Friday]I submitted my resignation as an American interim lawyer for Edva. Over the past eight months, I have had the pleasure of directing the finest and most exceptional employees of the MJ, who are deeply cared of our nation and our Edva community, “he wrote, referring to the Oriental District of Virginia.
Donald Trump has a very different vision of what happened, however, by posting on social networks on Saturday that he had in fact dismissed Seibert:

Anyway, Seibert has left for the moment. An interesting thing to note in a consumer media report is the story of the history of Sob which will undoubtedly be automatic by democrats:

There is something funny to look at Letitia James Whine that the investigation is “baseless reprisals” when she built an entire career by “obtaining” Trump, whatever the facts. The trial of the civil fraud she brought in and won in a way against Trump for real estate transactions was one of the most repuid examples of the banana “justice” that I have ever seen. She tried him to overvaluation of her assets to obtain better conditions on loans and insurance – but not a single bank said that they had lost money and that they all agreed that they would do business with him again. It was a crime without victim, and it was ridiculous.
She is a corrupt prosecutor from start to finish, that these allegations of fraud stick.
