An investigation into the Trump administration revealed that the University of Harvard had violated the Federal Civil Rights law by not protecting Jewish students on the campus. The conclusion endangers in danger of losing additional federal funding.
In a separate letter to the university summarizing the conclusions of the investigation, a federal working group said: “Harvard was in some cases deliberately indifferent and, in others, was a deliberate participant in the anti -Semitic harassment of students, teachers and Jewish staff.”

It is the last of a battle between the federal government and the richest university in the world.
In a statement, a Harvard spokesman said: “Harvard is far from indifferent to this issue and does not agree with the government’s conclusions.”
The university says that it has taken a number of measures to better protect itself against anti -Semitism and support Jewish students on campus.

“We remain determined to ensure that members of our Jewish and Israeli community are adopted, respected and can prosper at Harvard,” the statement said.
The investigation was completed by the US Ministry of the Ministry of Health and Social Services for Civil Rights, and its results describe the violations which, according to them, took place on the Cambridge campus, Mass., Since October 7, 2023.
“The OCR notes that specific and repeated examples discovered during our survey establish an illegal and uncontrolled discrimination model at Harvard,” said the report.
Earlier this year, Harvard created his own working group to investigate anti -Semitism on campus, and numerous examples and quotes from this report were cited in the Federal OCR exam.
Harvard has already had more than $ 2 billion in canceled or frozen federal funds and is currently continuing the administration. An audience for this trial is planned for mid-July.
