Pro-Life Group to Spend Nearly $5M in Effort to Flip Michigan Senate Seat
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and Women Speak Out Pac announced this week an investment of $ 4.5 million to overthrow the open seat of the US Michigan Senate.
The main pro-life organization said that the investment would finance an effort on the ground to reach a million voters by the day of the ballot in 2026. The effort includes digital advertising, the voter contact mail and an early voting campaign over the race. The effort in the field will take place largely in Lansing, Detroit and Grande Rapids and will target persuasible voters and pro-life voters who do not participate regularly in the mid-term elections, the organization said in a press release.
“We are energized and ready for the next critical chapter of the fight for life. The murder of Charlie Kirk – a real champion for the child – has only strengthened our determination,” said Emily Green, director of the SBA field, in a statement. “Now, more than ever, we are committed to speaking with courage.
The organization has praised its successes in six electoral cycles since 2014, its program reaching 31 million voters in the best states of the battlefield, as well as recent Planned Parenthood closures in Michigan.
