Trump Made Massive “Tactical Error” on Iran During Ukraine Talks

“Because I just don’t know enough,” Trump said. “I think it’s something that I’m told is being investigated. But Tomahawks are used by others, as you know. Many other countries have Tomahawks, they buy them from us. But I will, certainly, whatever the report shows, I’m willing to live with that report.”
Trump said Saturday that he was “of the opinion” that the strike was carried out by Iran. “As you know, they are very inaccurate with their ammunition,” he said. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who hid behind the president, had done his best to evade the question, saying the strike was under investigation, “but the only party targeting civilians is Iran.”
Fox News chief national security correspondent Jen Griffin said On Monday, it was “highly unlikely” that Iran would shoot at its own school. The Tomahawks must be fired by submarines or warships, she explained. The other armies in possession of Tomahawk missiles are the British, Australian and Japanese armies. Not Iran.
