Boy, 15, driving SUV on LIE, rear-ends motorcyclist in deadly Queens collision: NYPD


A Queens man died after a multi-vehicle collision on the long Island highway early Friday morning, police announced.
Luis Mareno, 30, led his Moto Triumph RS Black 2020 in west on the highway around 12:44 p.m. at the 22A release, in Corona, he was ended by a 2019 black Mitsubishi SUV driven by a 15 -year -old boy. Mareno was ejected from his motorcycle, then struck by a 30 -year -old, driving a 2015 Toyota Sienna, said cops.
Mareno’s motorcycle then turned on three lanes, hitting the rear of the driver with an unoccupied Infinite 2017 Q50, which was arrested.
Mareno was declared dead on the scene by EMS.
It was not clear if the 15 -year -old led with another person in the car.
According to the ministry of motor vehicles.
No arrest was made at the incident while the NYPD Highway District collisions continues its investigation.
