During a visit to Corpus Christi, Texas, Friday afternoon, President Trump spoke to a crowd about energy, domestic policies and America’s rebounding economy, as well as their effects on the Lone Star State ahead of the midterm elections. The president also mentioned another election, which I will return to shortly.
He spoke about our nation’s domestic energy policy under former President Joe Biden and the havoc caused by Democrats:

Close. Trump said his administration quickly brought our energy production levels back, while reducing the rampant inflation Americans were suffering:

American oil production is up by 600,000 barrels per day.
Natural gas production reaches a record level.“We are witnessing a historic American energy boom unlike anything we have ever seen, and this port is at the center of the action here.” — @POTUS pic.twitter.com/PfSQ8VJYZL

.@POTUS in Corpus Christi: This president supports you!

We have big dreams and are excited for the future of this nation and our family. We are grateful that God gave us a president like Mr. Trump. »
Amazing.
“In the last nine months, not one person has crossed the southern border,” Trump said at one point. National Border Patrol Union President Paul Perez took the microphone and laid out the simple reason for this. Close. Trump allowed CBP officers to do their job:
.@BPUnion President Paul Perez: “President Trump is the only president who has backed up every campaign promise he made…we have record drops in immigration, in border crossings…because President Trump, less than an hour after his inauguration, allowed us to do more than Biden… pic.twitter.com/OCuvZyEMZM

And before the US GOP next Tuesday, March 3. Texas Senate primary, the president told media he privately made his decision on who he would support in the race. But in shouting out the three candidates, Sen. John Cornyn, state Attorney General Ken Paxton and Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX-38), during his speech Friday, he did not reveal who it would be.
