How to get all of the Apple Watch Activity challenge badges

Success badges are funny. You know It’s just a bit of visual flair, they don’t TO DO anything, and yet for any reason to have To recover them. Gamification can be a great motivation, and the success badges for monitoring activities on the Apple Watch have inspired many users to do more exercise.
If you want to maximize your number of badges, you will want to hunt as many activities as possible. Most are available all year round, but there are also special events limited in time to grasp as well. Here is a list of all activity achievements for Apple Watch and how to unlock them.

Standard achievements
Most achievements can be won all year round. If you open the Activity application on your iPhone, then head to the Achievements Tab, you will see some of them listed before even winning them (in which case they will be represented by a gray outline).
However, some achievements are not shown before winning them. The past and future monthly challenges, for example, will not appear, and all the various individual training sessions for the exercise.
Here is a list of all the standard badges you can get.
First of all [exercise] Training
The first time you do a new exercise for at least 5 minutes, you will get a success badge. Each type of training that does not fall under the “other” category is eligible for this badge: from walking to yoga via hiking hit and more.
Activities with interior and exterior variants, such as cycling and walking, are grouped; You can do one or the other activities to get the badge and get it once.

Each time you break your best previous record for calories burned in one of the exercises listed above, you get this badge.
There is a warning: you must first finish five training sessions of this type. If you want to play the system, make sure that your first four training sessions of each type are short and easy, so that will not take much effort to beat them.

7 training week
Just finish any training at least 15 minutes a day of the week. Note that the week is from Monday to Sunday and that you have to do a training each of these days (you can’t just do seven days in a row). If you start training on foot whenever you go outside, you can get there easily.
New moving file
Every day when your moving ring goes further than ever (which means that you have burned more calories in one day), you will win this price. There is a socket: you should use your Apple Watch for 10 days before you can finish this.
New exercise file
It is like making travel records, only for the green ring. This is based on exercise minutes, not burnt calories, so it’s really easy to get. Like making travel recordings, you must first use your Apple Watch for 10 days.
Move the 200%goal, 300%, 400%
You win this when you go beyond your calorie target (the red moving ring) by 2x, 3x or 4x, respectively. In other words, it is given so that the red activity ring passes around two, three or four times a day. It is easy to get if you define your very low moving goal.

Double, triple and quadruple your goal of the moving ring. Reduce your goal if you encounter problems.
New moving objective
Whenever you change your daily movement goal, then exceed this new goal, you get this success. You can modify your moving goal by opening the activity application on your Apple Watch and by pressing the screen.
The longest movements sequence
When you reach your moving goal (close the red ring) several days in a row, it is a “sequence”. You get this price when your sequence finally ends, if it is longer than your best previous sequence.
Perfect week
This is given for four categories: moving, exercising, stand and all activity. For the first three, simply close the rings (red, green or blue) every day of the week. To obtain the perfect badge of the week (all activity), close The three rings Every day for an entire week. You can win this several times, although it only shows one badge.

Perfect month
Unlike the perfect week, there are not several badges of different months different for the different colored rings. The success of the perfect month is to close the red moving ring every day of the month.
However, there is a perfect month badge for each month and each year. So you can win this in February and again in March, and again in February next year.
Monthly challenge
Each month has its own unique fitness challenge. If you have notifications defined for the application of activity on our Apple Watch, you will see the objective presented at the beginning of the month, but you will also see the challenge of the current month in the Activity Applications Applications tab on your iPhone. It will be a gray outline before its end, but you can press it to see what the challenge implies.

100, 365, 500, 1,000 travel goals

Limited achievements

National Parks Challenge (August 24, 2025)
