Two rescued after child falls off cruise ship, dad jumps in

The girl would have fallen from a bridge of the fourth floor on the ship, which is surrounded by a jogging track on foot around most of the perimeter. According to USA TODAY, his balustrade is fortified with plexiglass safety barriers to prevent children from climbing. It was not clear on Monday how the girl ended up launching on the side.
