Eagles-Raiders trade: Philadelphia acquiring CB Jakorian Bennett for DL Thomas Booker IV, per report

The Philadelphia Eagles have acquired the Jakorian Bennett corner half of the Las Vegas raiders in exchange for the defensive line Thomas Booker IV, reports Espn.
Bennett, 24, was a choice of fourth round in 2023 of Maryland. He appeared in 24 games (11 departures) with the raiders in the past two seasons, and he has finished third from the team with eight defensive passes last season, despite only 10 games.
The Eagles lost the cornerbacks Darius Slay (Pittsburgh Steelers), Isaiah Rodgers (Minnesota Vikings) and Avonte Maddox (Detroit Lions) in free referee this offseason, although Quinon Mitchell returns after a superb season of beginners, just like Cooper Dejean. Mitchell and Dejean finished second and fourth, respectively, in the defensive recruit of the voting year while the Eagles went to the Super Bowl Lix.

Although Dejean can play several positions in secondary school, he should stay in nickel – where he prospered as a recruit. The second outdoor corner spot opposite Mitchell was a competition between the veteran loved ‘Jackson, a free agent signature, and Kelee Ringo, a third year pro that the Eagles selected in the fourth round in 2023 One Pick (105) after Bennett was selected by the Raiders (104).
With Jackson and Ringo who do not separate, Bennett will now be added to the mix and compete for this starting work in high school.
Booker, 25, was a choice of fifth round in 2022 by the Texans of Houston. Stanford’s product played a season in Houston before being cut and landing on the Philadelphia training team before the 2023 season. He did not appear in a match for Philadelphia this season, but played in the 21 games (including the playoffs) last season, recording 18 plated and a limited gaming bag.
Raiders cut The Christian Wilkins out -of -competition defensive platforms last month, an amazing movement resulting from a disagreement on Wilkins recovery from a foot injury. After the release of Wilkins, a second floor appeared that Wilkins had tried to kiss a teammate on the foreheadAnd this teammate was offended, although this is not the “only reason” Wilkins was released, according to Schefter.
