Vance Trolls Bluesky Leftists Over Rwanda-Congo Peace Treaty: ‘Historic’
Vice-president JD Vance traveled the massively left base on Bluesky and noted that the recently signed peace treaty between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Republic of Rwanda was “really historic”.
In a thread on Bluesky, Vance stressed that the war between the DRC and the Republic of Rwanda “killed more than any other since the Second World War.” The post of Vance intervened after the Secretary of State Marco Rubio supervised the foreign ministers of the two countries to sign “an agreement to end the fighting of several decades in the region” on Friday.
“The peace treaty signing yesterday between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of Rwanda was really historic,” wrote Vance in an article. “This war has killed more than any other since the Second World War, almost all black.”
“I am sure that the leaders and supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement will join me to celebrate President Trump today, who did more to save black lives than all leader in our country,” added Vance in another article.
After the signing of the agreement, President Donald Trump expressed that they celebrated a “glorious triumph” and added that it was a “new chapter of hope and opportunity”.

Trump said that the conflict in the Great Lakes in Africa “has moved countless people and claimed the lives of thousands and thousands.”
“But today, violence and destruction end, and the whole region begins a new chapter of hope and opportunity, harmony, prosperity and peace,” said Trump.
The signing of the agreement occurs a few days after Trump announced on Truth Social that he and Rubio had worked to obtain a “wonderful treaty” between the two countries.
