Altera launches new patient tools
This week, Altera Digital Health has launched a new patient engagement platform that fully integrates into the existing sun rise for hospitals and medium-sized health systems.
Called Carepath, technology can help prevent adverse events and readmissions to the hospital, which often occur in the post-discharge period, by automating communication workflows, Altera said in a statement. The patient-oriented system incorporates messaging and billing and informs patients of appointments and needs for drug accession.
“This level of engagement is essential to provide really centered care on the patient”, Jay Adams, executive vice-president and general manager of Altera for Sunrise.
Atropos, databricks link data troves
Atropos Health, a company generation of real evidence with a federated data network which has more than 300 million patient files, and Databricks, a data, analysis and AI company, announced in early June that they would collaborate.
They aim to give clinicians and researchers the ability to generate accessible ideas in terms of evidence from the real world clinical data. The data intelligence platform of Databricks and the expertise of atropos in the development of AI models will use Delta sharing to link massive data in completeness and compliance through the health care ecosystem.
It should be noted that Tropos has recently updated its Geneva platform with the patient’s nodal disidentification and the query time interval coding.
“By linking in a responsible and conforming massive data sets in health care, we will not only generate better results for patients, but a transparent user experience for researchers and healthcare providers,” said Dr. Brigham Hyde, CEO and co-founder at Atropos Health.
Exaltation adds an agentic AI
Elation Health has added an AI that automates post-renunct tasks in primary care, which is built on its assistant Genai Note. Called actions, the tool identifies and categorizes the following steps in the next steps mentioned during meetings with patients.
For example, if a doctor suggests a laboratory order for a patient’s A1C or plans to refer the patient to cardiology, actions will automatically be confronted them as examination and signature tasks. The company declared on its website last week that the agentic AI tool would reduce administrative tasks such as the creation of monitoring, prescriptions or references.
The company said that it included the clinical context to generate specific tasks, such as adjusting specific medication and dosage. In a survey, 70% of clinicians using shares with Assist note reported better concentration and commitment with patients and 65% saved between five and 30 minutes per patient.
Test Apple Vision Tech
Cosmo Pharmaceuticals announced that in July, it will launch its first study of using a software application of medical devices connecting the platform supplied by the Medtronic AI for the Gi Genius endoscopy module with Apple Vision Pro.
With AI, the Medtronic platform increases the adenoma detection rate of colorectal polyps up to 14.4%, Cosmo said in the press release.
The study, led by Dr. Irving Waxman at the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, will assess real -time use during live colonoscopy procedures. Doctors will test access to information generated by AI via Apple Vision Pro glasses, without diverting the operating screen.
“What Cosmo built by connecting the GI Genius module with Apple Vision Pro is extraordinary,” Waxman said in a press release. “It has the potential to revolutionize the way we practice – by giving us ideas fed on AI exactly when and where we need it. It is not only a progressive improvement – it is a complete reimagination of procedural medicine.”
Data -based respiratory care
Century Health announced that he had entered into an agreement with Nimbus Health to create high -quality and real data sets for serious respiratory diseases, with initial accents on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and asthma.
The CENTURY AI platform is part of Nimbus Health Pulmonary Care Clinical DSE, organizing unstructured clinical notes data to use in clinical registers. The improved data sets that he creates will generate information on patient profiles, the progression of the disease and the results of the processing, said Century.
Advancedmd Teams with Waystar
Advancedmd said that it offers its health customers an alternative to change health care in partnership with Waystar Clearinghouse in its summer version, including 20 improvements.
Cloud -based health software for independent medical practices adds AI integrations to automate essential DSE workflows, including summaries of Genai patients in formatted notes.
This month also, Advancedmd added NGA Healthcare, a platform of independent medical practices which manages payers contracts and negotiates higher reimbursements, at its partner market.
IQVIA Trips contained in clinical trials
IQVIA takes advantage of agentic AI to considerably accelerate various stages of clinical trials and the development of drugs, according to an announcement from NVIDIA earlier this month.
The new agents of company AI orchestrators, who exploit NVIDIA NIM microservices, are designed to rationalize complex and long processes and shorten the traditional start -up process of 200 days of clinical trial. A clinical data review agent identifies data problems at the start of the process and can reduce the seven -week revision time to two, the company said.
Palantant, hospital launch remote film
Teletraction technologies and palantir technologies have combined to give hospitals real -time information to optimize staff, speed up decisions and improve patient care while helping hospitals increase capacity, coordinate care more efficiently and operate more efficiently.
The companies said on June 5 that they would integrate the IQ operations platform of Teletracking with the operating system of the Foundry and the AI of Palantir to make health care organizations with unprecedented visibility and coordination.
By integrating clinical, operational, financial, workforce and third parties, they could provide for capacities, staff and resource management and acquire a specific situation in different regions or health systems. Integration will also support operations by reducing workloads and could improve the results of patients and financial.
Leantaas surgical coordination
Iqueue for Surgical Clinics is presented as an industry first, according to a Leantaas announcement at the beginning of the month. The new cloud -based system powered by AI aims to rationalize the entire surgical route from the clinic to the operating room by improving coordination, previous authorizations and patient preparation.
The company said it would help health systems better control costs and improve income. The platform fits into the clinical DSE.
Oracle helps VBC
Fortify Children’s Health, a Virginie -based pediatric care network, uses Oracle Health Data Intelligence to improve care and manage value -based care more effectively, the supplier said on his website. The more than 1,000 network suppliers use many electronic health files.
The Oracle platform incorporates and standardizes DSE data, payers’ complaints, registration data and public data from the register for the exchange of information on state health and immunization.
Clinicians obtain a more complete image of the health history of each child with unified data and personalized dashboards allowing the organization to continuously monitor the value -based care measures. Patients also benefit from the identification of their care shortcomings, who send monitoring alerts to providers, care managers and practice managers.
