Volunteers use the universal language of music to soothe stressed shelter animals
It is often said that music is the universal language of humanity. Now, a 12 -year -old Houston boy puts it to the test among an unlikely audience – the man’s best friend. Yuvi Agarwal started playing keyboard at the age of 4 and several years ago, he noticed that his game soothed the agitated dog of his family, Bozo. It has become curious if it could also help homeless animals stressed. With the help of his parents, he founded the non -profit wild air to recruit musicians to play in animal shelters. He says that after a few minutes of play, most animals calm down and some even fall asleep.
